Breakfast was not included but the cafe has breakfast and it was tasty and reasonably priced. The gym is ample and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The location is close to lots of amenities and easy access to the freeway and airport.

The fact that they attempted to renegotiate the Booking rate once we arrived. For Booking to say that we need to pay at the hotel and the hotel to say there is a late charge for that, is ridiculous. No one gave us the chance to pay at the time of reservation. I shouldn’t had needed to spend an hour sorting things out at check in. Additionally, the hotel management was rude and wouldn’t listen to the issue once raised.

Location, room was clean.
Negatives:
The water pressure was horrible, the sink faucet had water just trickling out, but we just used hand sanitizer. The next morning when we went to take a shower same thing so we couldn't shower before leaving. Notified the front desk asked for a discount, said nothing that they can do and need to notify the GM.
