Only downsides were that one of the elevators was broken (out of 3) and the on site restaurant was not great.

Hot tub wasnt clean first couple of night, lamp in the room only worked sporadically, heater was noisy, front desk called at midnight to clarify a clerical error

Our accessible room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was set up very well. Since it was Christmas the hotel was short staffed. Those that were working were wonderful! Good attitudes and smiles.

My mattress was very uncomfortable. It felt lumpy and bumpy and made my back hurt. The other mattress was fine.
