The pool and hot tub was a win for the family.
It was clean and staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The beds were a bit hard and pillows were less the ideal and was a bit a disappointment you were charged for breakfast 10.00 for the basic fruit and cereal and 16 for hot food per person.

Most of the staff were decently nice. The restaurant was nice with good food for both dinner and breakfast. The overall look of the hotel is nice. Rooms were clean. We have been coming to this hotel for many years.
Negatives:
Restaurant during breakfast and dinner was very slow due to appearing short staffed for a busy weekend. The elevators did not work that well. During a downstairs gala that was during our stay, the downstairs bathrooms were disgusting, Security was rude and rushed out of the pool before closing. On day 3/4 we were asked 20 questions just to get our daily cookies, I really hope it wasn't due to our race. Dirty hall floors while going to the rooms. There were issues with our shower it was very loud and had pressure issues at a certain temperature.

Negatives:
Breakfast host morning of April 26. He kept yelling the restaurant closes at 10am as soon as we walked in, and every 10 minutes after that. Very annoying when you are trying to enjoy a nice breakfast.
