After switching from three different rooms, we've found one that was fairly decent. The other rooms had multiple discrepancies (e.g. damaged outer front doors, some windows broken and couldn't be raised, cabinets broke, some stoves didn't work and had burnt out light bulbs, dresser drawers wouldn't close, outside stairs were dirty, not enough towels, face rags, and no amenities).

This property cancelled my reservation without my knowledge, charged me a cancellation fee and then locked their front desk area on the night I arrived so I couldn't even talk to anyone. My flight got delayed on the day of my arrival and I arrived at 1AM (about 1h later than my check-in time on my reservation). There was a phone on the right of the front desk building for after hours check-in. I used that phone but no one has answered. Then I tried calling Extended Stay America general phone number. It was them told me that they cancelled my reservation without my knowledge but will try to reach out to the front desk person who was supposed to be there at my time of arrival. They even couldn't reach out to anyone at the property and left me out there. I was out at a town I was visiting and due to this weird place I had nowhere to go around 1:30AM at night. I tried several hotels nearby and finally found somewhere else around 3AM. The weirdest thing is they accepted my late check-in time at the time I booked the reservation so they did know I was going to arrive after 11:30PM. So I would like to warn everyone about this property that they do not honour your reservations and lie about late check-ins. Beware of this place especially if you are arriving at night.

No breakfast was and there was I would feel comfortable eating.
Negatives:
The room was full of cigarette smoke scent. I returned home and had to put all my business clothes in the cleaners and wash the rest. Repairs was been performed on the next room and could not sleep. I requested for iron to press my clothes 10 times but never received or was called that it was available. I planned to post my experience on social media. The bath tub was not problem cleaned.
