Well may stay was ok up until my boyfriend and I were jumped by another guest who was staying there. We were jumped because we wouldn't let someone in he hotel cause they didn't have a card,which is how your security is supposed to be. Not only were we jumped but our car window was busted out and my cell phone was stolen. And when the cops came hey couldn't even view the camera because he general manager was not responding to calls or text messages. The only thing that I was offered was one night free stay which i feel was unacceptable. We ended up staying 2 more days including the free day in which the people who jumped us showed back up. When I went to the office and asked for a refund to go to another place I was told I couldn't it would take 3 days and that I needed to call the police. So due to I wasn't given a refund my children and I had to stay there locked in our room jus to stay safe which also put me out of work for a day. I was very unhappy with how the staff went about resolving my situation. I also called corporate and basically was just given a brush off the shoulders type of attitude. Didn't have any concern with what happened and making me happy and recommending this hotel to others to stay at. Not only that but to charge daily for clean towels or bedding is ridiculous considering the type of service u receive from here. And to charge daily for pet is fine if it's going all the way across and not jus some days they gonna charge u and other days they won't and say u owe money when it's their fault not mine. I have never had such bad experience at a hotel as I did with this one and I totally felt like I was just brushed off and everything was fine. I will never stay at another extended stay again nor will I be referring anyone to stay there.
