Negatives: You won’t find any restaurant, food store or pharmacy near the hotel. Terrible pool. Breakfast is so so.

Negatives: Traffic, Too noisy, too close to freeway

Negatives: The bathroom sink(faucet) was loose. The bathtub needs refinishing. Breakfast could be better. Same sausage & eggs each day. Need more fresh fruit

Negatives: to have the first room right and not have to change rooms because the air conditioner didn't work and the fact that the elevators need A LOT OF WORK done to them to make them right

Negatives: Brocken doors, elevator not working properly, room smelled bad, could hear people fighting, sticky floors, had to wait or call someone to come and refill the food at breakfast.

Negatives: The roaches inside the room

Negatives: The staff was professional and mostly courteous but wildly unhelpful. I called about several issues that were never addressed. I had two rooms, one had a window which was off the track and unable to be fixed leaving it open by two inches. This caused incredibly loud road noise. I was told it was fixed twice, it was not. I could also smell cigarette smoke constantly from outside. The bathroom door had holes in it which had been taped over. The bathroom faucet was quite loose. The cable box in one room never worked. The television literally never turned on. The shower faucets were not adjusted correctly and finding “hot” for the water was a headache each time. The elevators were a nightmare. They shook horribly and the door seemed to have some sort of issue, rattling every inch. They also were not heated or cooled. The entire facility didn’t smell clean, it smelled as if vomit had recently been cleaned up. Additionally, they couldn’t honor my original booking. The reservation was changed as a result.

Negatives: Leaking toliet and almost falling. Lumping beds and flat pilliows

Negatives: The restroom kept getting clogged
