Location!! Staff very friendly and helpful, Spa and Athletic facilities great, quality breakfast buffet (not included but amazingly good.) Wait staff very nice. Hotel and rooms beautifully decorated and clean.

Re: breakfast (7a asked if could sit in main room with windows, hostess said 'no'.. not unless more in party. 100% of the main room tables were unoccupied. I was seated at a 2 top next to a couple less than airline legroom away. Awkward w empty room.

a dog constantly barking all day in a room across the hall- very poor response by staff to deal with the noise.

Park Hyatt Beaver Creek has lost its mojo since we last stayed in 2018, and 2019.

They put me in a room next to 4 high school boys. We ate potato chips and kind bars for dinner because the hotel restaurant menu had only 5 things on the menu, including $20 for chips and salsa
