Between Monday, Oct 28th, 2024 at 11pm and Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Denver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Denver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: Location!! Staff very friendly and helpful, Spa and Athletic facilities great, quality breakfast buffet (not included but amazingly good.) Wait staff very nice. Hotel and rooms beautifully decorated and clean.

Negatives: Re: breakfast (7a asked if could sit in main room with windows, hostess said 'no'.. not unless more in party. 100% of the main room tables were unoccupied. I was seated at a 2 top next to a couple less than airline legroom away. Awkward w empty room.

Negatives: disappointed that the main lobby area has been taken over by a big central bar - NOT family friendly any more. clearly chafing a different market now. a dog constantly barking all day in a room across the hall- very poor response by staff to deal with the noise. front desk staff a bit hopeless as usual.
