Positives: It was average or below average for Hampton Inn.
Negatives: The front desk manager had her two dogs walking around lobby and outside entrance without leach. Then saw dogs roaming around breakfast buffet. Pillows were flat. Did not get any room service. The breakfast was sub par. Train whistle and horn all night!

Positives: Hotel was close to everywhere I needed to go Evening desk clerk was very friendly. Helped us get to our destination.
Negatives: Hallway on our floor smelled bad. Chair in room was filthy. I put the extra blanket on it in order to sit on it. TV was out for 2 days of our 3 day stay. Breakfast was the same for 2 mornings in a row.

Positives: It is a Hampton Inn, so better than some. The location was fairly well suited for our purposes. The breakfast was decently well done.
Negatives: The hotel was not as nice as I expect a Hampton Inn to be. It was darker, dingier, and not as well maintained as I would expect. Definitely dinged the brand in my perception.

Negatives: I went on vacation thinking I would have a great time instead it was a nightmare. I had no ac in my room in 90 degree weather and when I asked to change rooms I was only given a small fan which did nothing. I cooked inside my room for two days. I could not find any other vacancies due to everything being booked for the weekend. I asked for a refund and was denied even at half price.

Negatives: Spots on the rugs scratches on the bathroom door like someone locked a dog in there. Make up left in room. Furniture in room was all dated. I felt like I was staying in a $20 a night room. Management is not prepared the accommodate the handicaped.

Positives: Smelled odd. Didnt catch it until you round the corner from the elevator. My friend said, yeah, this smells like the one we stayed at in Salt Lake as well. Apparently its a thing I guess.
Negatives: Peeling paint on the doors in the room. Makes you think of the lead paint scares of the 70s. The smell.
