Positives:
The room was very clean including the kitchenette. I liked the doors between the bedroom and the living room as well as TVs in the bedroom and kitchen. The check-in host was very kind as well as the housekeeping staff with always a ready smile.
Negatives:
I booked a room w/ a tub as I was having surgery & would not be able to do a shower; I got a walk in shower. The hostess immediately switched us to a room w/a tub which was great until I tried to take a bath & got lukewarm water at bestthe entire week.

The breakfast was disappointing. Quality was more on the level of a Holiday Inn Express than a Hilton property. One day, we came down at 8:20 and there were no eggs or bacon, and very little potatoes. The lady running breakfast never came out to monitor food supply or interact with customers. Several people left in frustration. My wife finally knocked on the kitchen door and told her people needed warm food to eat.

I didn't like that their new system was all online and that the system was down when we checked in. We were given room keys to a room that was occupied (but the staff was unable to tell which rooms were available or not due to the system being down ) then when we finally got a room that was truly available there was zero wifi availability our whole stay. That was a bit frustrating for our kids and for myself when I needed to get some work done. Other than that, the property is beautiful and the staff was very kind and apologized for the inconveniences.
