Property is ok. Expensive for what it is, but everything in the Castle Rock area is more expensive.
Negatives:
Upon arriving to check in, the front desk employee was intoxicated and could not use the computer to find my reservation or assign me a room. In fact, he could hardly stay awake or speak complete sentences. I endured the attempts for about 15 minutes, and then left to find a new place to stay.

It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, I did not get an handicap room double beds or handicapped for people stairs I had to buy sheets and spray for bugs ! I should get a full refund and they charged me for an extra day when I arrived another l

Man at reception (Kevin?) Was very strange, shaking, asked for payment in cash, otherwise he will call the police... I think he was dosed. I did not feel safe at place, he asked me several times to pay in cash, he refused to take my card. And finaly told that if I will not pay in cash I have to leave the place. We spent night at hotel nearby. Next day they charge my credit card. Avoid this place!!!

Nice clean rooms and welcoming place! It is not an upscale hotel so our expectations were not that high. But for sure the Hotel served our purpose. I would say Great value for the price paid. Also pet friendly hotel!
