Great location for where I needed to travel to daily. The staff is excellent, very courteous and helpful. The hotel is very clean, the beds were quite comfortable.

I really wish that the lighting in the bathroom area was stronger. I would really love it if the coffee for breakfast was a better quality.

Everything met or exceeded my expectation. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the water in the shower was hot and the breakfast was very good. especially liked all the healthy options, like hard boiled eggs and steel cut oatmeal.
Negatives:
We stayed multiple nights. I told them at the front desk that housekeeping didn't need to change the bed everyday. All we needed were fresh towels.. On our last day I had to ask for towels because we didn't have any clean ones and the used ones had not been picked up by housekeeping. When I went to the front deskand ask for towels everyone was vey nice and accommodating.

The lady that was working the evening of 8/26 was rather rude. Every time I went to lobby in the evening, she smirked at me, not sure why, I only asked for some extra coffee once.

Hot in the lobby, breakfast was meh. Construction mess in hallways, elevators were a bit scary with ceiling exposed. There was trash in the room from previous guest.

The property was not clean. There was a mess behind the couch. The complementary water dispenser was not cleaned out properly . The room wasn’t cleaned or added any more towels or hand soap until i asked the lovely housekeeper.the pack and play was broken and was not found until later asked again about it .

The property itself was very clean and modern, the room itself was also lovely. There was some appliances and outlets that didn’t work but we managed. Loved that it provided breakfast and had a bar
