First room we walked into there was a huge blood stain acros the side of the mattress a few moments later we noticed blood splatter on the window curtains tried calling the front desk the phone didn't even work so we went down showed them pictures they placed us in a other room the floors looked as they had never been vacuumed or swept in the bathroom the walls were filthy there were patches and chips all over . It was to late to find another room on memorial day weekend. Luckily we were able to get a room for the remainder of the weekend! Will NEVER suggest someone to stay at this place!

The heater/ air conditioner didn't work. It was cold inside the room. The wind and cold air came through the vents. I told Eric about it. He said he'll tell maintenance on Monday. I had no choice but to put on multiple layers of clothes. I probably will not use La Quinta again.
