The customer service what amazing! The staff was very attentive and accommodating.

The whole floor smelled like dog pee, our room smelled horrible, the carpet was gross and the whole floor looked like it was not maintained. There was a customer with two dogs NOT leashed when we went to step off the elevator as soon as we arrived and one of the dogs tried to go after my 2yr old. The breakfast was not good. Food was burnt.

The room was gross. The floor was covered in ants, and there were blood stains on the comforter. The front desk was kind enough to switch our room.
After checking the mattresses in the new room, I found more blood stains and scab looking debris in the mattress dimples.
I told the front desk I couldn’t stay there, it was just so gross. They were cool about it and gave me a refund. It was such a relief not to have to fight with them about it.

I needed to go to world arena, and its just 2 min drive away

I didn't check out my room yet, and when I came back, my jacket ( Canada goose) was on the trash bag ( with laundry), some bracelets ( at the dirty plate), and earrings with housekeeping. accdg to him, it was communicated that I checked out already .

The double queen was really a double full. There was only two outlets in the room and only 1 1/2 worked. None by the nightstand. Room was clean and comfortable otherwise. Staff was polite

Court yard was a nice quaint place to relax. But give yourself extra time with if you have to take elevator in the morning wait can be 10mins

The location was good.
Negatives:
The hotel has a horribl, putrid smell.. The room smelled like chlorine. The beds were very small and uncomfortable. The hotel is very old and in dire need of upgrading. I honestly think our room was not fully cleaned. When we got in the trash cans, there still has trash in them, and the hotel soaps they give you were out on the sink and used. The breakfast was gross too.
