Shuttle times not posted on website. When I got to the hotel, I found out it didn't start in the morning until after 6 and ended at 8pm - so I called Uber. Added unexpected expense to my stay. Burn hole in the desk chair, stains on the carpet. No elevator to the 2nd floor.

Negatives:
I felt that it sounded as if the person in the adjoining room was almost in my room…. Easily heard.
Also it worked out ok this time but sometimes I have earlier flights and I would not have been able to use the shuttle. And I couldn’t have the breakfast since it didn’t start until 6:30.
