Negatives: Was under construction and we weren’t informed beforehand. Smoke detectors were taped off when we arrived and I made them untape them and ceiling tiles were all moved to expose the ceiling. Place was like a third world country. POS. Couldn’t use sidewalks cause of rocks and landscaping covered them.

Negatives: That we were kept up till 6:00 am with all the noise and fighting going on in the room next to us. After calling front desk 3 times and nothing getting done we had to call 911. About 6 cops came and arrested the people in the room next to us.

Negatives: The construction

Negatives: Remodel was an understatement. I would not have felt safe having my kids in the halls. Ladders, rolling carts, even at night. Gym was unusable, with a tank layer of dust.Halls and elevators were not vacuumed.There was a big box in my room, maybe a shower stall. Need to be better discounted or better explained.

Negatives: This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The facilities are disgusting. They are going under construction, and it was never advertised in. Customer service was absolutely useless. maybe once the hotel is done with construction it’ll be Soso, but I recommend you call and make sure that they’re not under construction because they will not give you a refund for this disgusting place.

Negatives: It was literally a construction zone!!! All the pictures they show are what it's going to look like. The bathroom had construction mess all over the floor, the ceiling had yellow spots, there was nowhere to hang towels, nothing was finished! There was only 1 nightstand, no lights by the bed, no place to hang your clothes! The room was supposed to have a sofa and there wasn't one!!! There was a large piece of furniture standing in the room with plastic rap all around it!! There was construction going on the same floor as our room. Loud noises several times that night! This room was definitely not ready to rent out!!!!!

Negatives: We booked this hotel for 3:23-3/24. We showed up on the 23rd only to find out that somehow our booking date got moved. We spoke with booking.com about getting a refund because we weren’t able to stay in the hotel. I was told I would have a refund no later than April 4th-April 7th. We are not on April 23rd and I still have not been issued a refund. We call booking.com customer service and they are saying g they are waiting on the hotel. We call the hotel and they say that they gave verbal authorization. We called booking.com and they said they need written authorization. We call the hotel and they say that they never received the request. We called booking.com and they said that they sent the verification. I’m out almost $200.00 and no one seems to know how to get me my money back. Extremely frustrated that I paid $400.00 for two different hotels and can’t seem to get my money back for a hotel I never got to use. Booking.com nor the hotel are working with us after both promised us a refund.

Negatives: They were conducting renovations, every morning we would be waking up to the sound of construction happening up and down the hallway. The dining area was under construction, they would just move boxes and things aside during breakfast time. There were exposed wires in the room where they hadn’t finished. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so expect mold in a few years.

Negatives: It is in a nice area and it looks like they are doing major renovations which will greatly improve the place. It just took me a little off guard not knowing their situation. The attendant at the desk was very nice but it made me nervous that he took my

Negatives: did not know the whole hotel was being remodeled. There was broken glass in the parking lot that I told them about and was there the whole time I stayed for three days without being cleaned up. boxes and replacement materials everywhere inside and outside. I would’ve made a different choice had the renovation been revealed. also, there were big holes in the parking lot. As I was on my motorcycle, I had to be careful. I saw several guests cancel the reservations and go to a different location. On their website and Booking.com.

Negatives: That we didn’t know about the current state of construction at the property.

Negatives: They are in the middle of remodeling. Microwave and fridge didn’t work. Night staff is very intrusive. Didn’t feel comfortable at all. Felt like I was being monitored all the time.
