There was a very loud person on the floor above us who screamed for three hours. Someone on our floor went to complain. Nothing changed.

The fact that I had an reservation two weeks prior and when I got there my reservation had been moved to another hotel without notice. Then I was told it was a 10 minute walk from there to the other hotel. When I got to the other hotel they told me they don't know why they did that because they didn't have a room with the two beds that I originally reserved. We settled for a king sized bed. I just feel like this was really unprofessional. I understand that things happen but some advanced notice would've been very much appreciated.

Positives:
This is the perfect hotel if you have a disruption in you are airplane travels. They have an airport shuttle that you can preschedule even in the middle of the night. They have all the extras that you need like toothbrushes and combs for free. They have a few breakfast items that are grab and go before official breakfast is served. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the walls are thin so it can be a bit noisy.
