BED BUGS - WE WERE ATE UP FROM BED BUGS. STILL TRYING TO RECOVER DAYS LATER. The hotel have several reviews online about Bed Bugs over several years. The hotel is doing some really nice renovations, but they need to deal with the bed bug issues first

The people at the front desk were very nice and very helpful. One of the women who worked there helped me get my phone charged (which was a desperate need at the time). I am very grateful to her.
Negatives:
It was an interesting stay this time. There were so many families there. Getting the elevator and breakfast were much more crowded than usual. It was doubly odd because there were security guards in the hotel by the first floor elevator.

Our bathroom flooded every single day and we stayed for about - 10 days for a work conference a trip that based on the location being right next to the building we had meetings was extended twice (technically however it was a total of 3 separate reservations for the same room with the broken bathroom and the ladies didnt want to give me towels(which got used because of all the water from flooding from toilet) extending was a big mistake we shouldve been changed rooms based on the restroom. I literally had to go to Popeyes to use theirs because apparently this place is so busy no one could even help me anytime I called or verbally asked
