Upon arrival I was concerned because of the appearance of the people "hanging out" in the parking lot. The staff was not rude , just not friendly. No emotion at all. The hotel looked very run down. The Comfort Inn sign behind the front desk was damaged and looked like it's been like that for years. So much for first impressions. The first floor looks like it hasn't had a fresh coat of paint since the 80s. The elevator floor and walls were filthy and smelled like smoke and weed. The room had a hole next to the bed in the wall that wasn't covered. Despite the mattress being comfy, didn't get a good night rest because of the cars racing on the street next to us all night. I know the hotel cannot control the outside cars but it's a loud location so it's not best for a person that needs rest for an early morning flight. The breakfast was typical of a complimentary hotel breakfast. Overall I would not stay here again. I would pay the extra $50 and stay at a more updated kept hotel in the general area.

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and shower broke immediately and wouldn't turn off. Was moved from a single king bed to a double single room. So I basically got down graded because the shower broke. No adjustment in price either.

The Services was good. The 2 ladies that assisted w my registration were nice and friendly. I didnt get their names unfortunately. Comfortable room and Well equipped. I enjoyed the shower amenities and grateful to find a make up remover w the amenities. Thanks!

Just a suggestion, you should change the black out in room 210 is full of holes. It didnt bother me at all but it looks really bad. And someone sensitive could make a huge complaint
