The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. The room itself was average -- what I expected. But the front desk staff really stands out in my mind for being exceptional.

The hallways smelled like smoke and it leaked into the room since the doors were not flush with the wall. The registration person was not welcoming at all she appeared to hate her job. I did not have breakfast there did not look like much to choose from and had very small tiny coffee cups so I just left.
the carpets were dirty and I did not feel safe there. I noticed there were hardly any cars in the parking lot and one had people hanging around it like they were not staying there. I would not stay there again.
