Negatives: Poor breakfast only have bread bananas cereal

Negatives: The hallways smelled like smoke and it leaked into the room since the doors were not flush with the wall. The registration person was not welcoming at all she appeared to hate her job. I did not have breakfast there did not look like much to choose from and had very small tiny coffee cups so I just left. the carpets were dirty and I did not feel safe there. I noticed there were hardly any cars in the parking lot and one had people hanging around it like they were not staying there. I would not stay there again.

Negatives: Can't compare it to our upscale resort in the vail valley but well equipped for a short stay not requiring kitchen facilities

Negatives: everything!!--staff was rude, the place was cluttered with decor from the 50 years it was probably originally opened- flies-- the breakfast bar was terrible-- stale cereal, milk, stale bread and one toaster-unsanitary as people grabbed at the bread and flies buzzed around. The water pitcher was constantly touched by fill ups to other people's dirty cups. A homeless guy obviously under the influence, came screaming in and tearing up the place-- shouting profanities. I asked them to call the police and they wouldn't-- everyone ran for their rooms and locked the doors. The cost was the same as the nicer hotels down the street-- we only stayed because we were absolutely desperate-- the airlines had screwed up and at 1am it was the only place open with availability. There was garbage piled in two kitchen type trash cans on the 3rd floor. I don't have allergy issues but my eyes watered and I sneezed for the entire 6 hours I was there. horrible!!! avoid at all costs-- I wish I had just slept with my kids at the airport, on the floor-- it would've been more sanitary and not cost me $180!!! Someone couldn't pay ME to stay there again!

Negatives: The staff on reception early afternoon were somewhat abrasive and unassuming to our presence, but that's ok - she was having a tea party in the restaurant with other staff members. Also, my friend found the overnight night receptionist somewhat indifferent towards her - it was 2am, and she felt a bit of a hassle to have woken the receptionist up. Sorry receptionist girl, we will be a little quieter next time. We couldn't shower before we left as there was only a very small trickle of water.

Negatives: I booked a "smoke free" room, but was given a room that smelled so strongly of cigarettes that it made me sick. When I complained, they offered nothing and said that "it is what it is". The room was dirty, the bed was AWFUL and I slept horribly, the towels weren't clean, and the breakfast was gross and basically nonexistent. I hated it here.
