Hair conditioner was empty, my husband called housekeeping, then was told to call front desk and they would call housekeeping , waited quite a while, waited in the shower.
Drawers on dresser need to be fixed, the draws slide out by themselves.
Tried to talk to front desk person and was told I don’t know about parking you have to pay without letting me explain.

Staff was alway available at the front desk in lobby and direct to 4th floor for check in. Staff was easy to talk to asked about shower chair for elderly man. Reserved room with special accommodation for him so, he have easy access in and out of shower. I guess the shower chair was just for pictures only. There were shower bars to hold and grip to while in the shower. The cafe tray was helpful in the morning when breakfast was serve. As the elderly man moved around slower but want to maintain his independent. It was easier for me or grands to fix meal and bring up to him. The process was hard getting him up and ready. Saturday I need some medicine purchase from gift shop at hotel. Housekeeping was so awesome! My elderly father was worn out Sunday from attending football game on Saturday. Housekeeping came and clean bathroom and room even with him being there. They brought extra towels for us. I was able to do late check out 4pm on last day for fee. The swimming pool exercise room very small. No Sauna, no hot tub.

It cost a bit more to stay downtown and I thought car parking should be included as room rates are high in downtown area. I think cost of parking at hotel was an additional $52 for 8hrs. Per day and $62 for overnight per day. People not staying at the hotel should pay to use parking.I saw many homeless people downtown nearby. I understood having to have key to even get on the floor as extra security measures for guests staying here. I just wish there was a timer to hit all the floors. It hard carry, holding things in hands to push for yourself and other guests floors. Everybody work together to push floor numbers. My room had a lot of noticeable wear and tear to the room. It very hood downtown in comparison to what the embassy suite by the airport. I was simply wanted to be close to everything for the 7x7 football tournament.
