Hyatt made our stay in...
Positives:
Reception staff good, room big, in room facilities good. Balmain toiletries good. Bed comfy abd room quiet. Parking easy.
Negatives:
Bar lacked any atmosphere, restaurant had odd hours (didn't serve lunch on a Saturday as staff don't start til 3pm). Customer after Customer told same thing.
Room needed a good hoover in all the corners.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The location was easy to get to and very central for our purposes. We were there to celebrate our eleventh anniversary, I had contacted the hotel prior to arrival and ask if they had an anniversary package that they could add on to the room. As I had already booked one of the better rooms, the package was not really more than we already had booked. However, the hotel manager and staff went above and beyond to make our weekend special by finding a way to help me surprise my wife with a decorated room and a bottle of champagne. Great job and a heartfelt thank you to the staff for a very memorable weekend.

I really have nothing bad to say. Had a few small issues that were promptly corrected.
