Positives:
It was downtown and located near public transporation. It felt safe in the area. The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed and furniture.
Negatives:
The elevators/lobby restroom required use of room key. I understand this is to keep people who don't belong there from using the hotel. TV did not respond very well to the remote, hard to turn on and off, changing channels was a pain.

It says that breakfast is served til 11am. In our last day we went down at 10:30am and kitchen was already closed. Hate how we had to pay an additional $20 each night for parking across the street. The hotel should have its own parking.

The staff was completely unaccommodating. Basics like an hour or so early check in (said yes then wasnt ready until 3pm), and/or a measly 30 minute late check out time was flippantly denied. I booked a king bed room, but was given two doubles instead.

I did not like the scheduling and a check in the reservations because it's somewhat conflicted with my schedule so in the event of that I always overslept past the checkout and I would like to extend my greatest gratitude to the Curtis hotel

The itinerary said check in ANYTIME after 3pm. The staff was rude and told me that they didnt have to let me into a room until 6pm. I booked rooms across the street at the HyattI highly recommend booking there instead.
