Negatives: Disposable everything! Breakfast was processed and sugar laden. Really disappointed that everything was used once and chucked away, surely basics like glasses, mugs, plates could be washed?!

Positives: Location was convenient and it was a great deal cost wise.
Negatives: I did not like that there was no one to greet us at check in. I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to check in. He was nice, however. When we got upstairs our room keys did not work so we had to have them rekeyed. We went to valet after going to get dinner since we arrived late Thursday night only for the valet, a young man of possibly Hispanic descent, to tell me that theyre closed. I said how are you closed? I didnt get a straight answer but he told me that I would need to find a street metered space and then get up tomorrow morning to move my car to prevent being towed or ticketed. I said absolutely not. Then he went on to say that he would need to cut his computer back on to valet my car. For $36 per night, yes please cut it back on. Im on vacation. Not trying to sound entitled but this was insane. Once we checked into the room we went to clean our room like we normally do at all check ins (wipe down the remote, light switch, fixtures and sanitize the toilet). When my wife went to flush, it attempted to overflow and wouldnt flush fully. We called the front desk and was told by a young woman that Id need to come down and get a plunger. No one could bring one up. Im like are you serious?! So I go down and after waiting about 15 minutes Im told that they could not find one and that someone was attempting to locate one. Thankfully one was found and we rectified the issue. I just cant believe that for an almost $800 weekend stay, we had this many issues. The housekeeping staff were superb and did a great job cleaning our room and having a full supply of clean towels and face cloths daily. The only hiccup we had with housekeeping was that there was a used washcloth left hanging up over the shower rod which lead us to believe that we had every reason to clean our room upon check in. The front desk and some of the valet staff need to be retrained. There was an older gentleman and a younger Caucasian gentleman on the valet staff that were amazing.

Positives: Staff at front desk and breakfast catering.
Negatives: Broken elevator, lack of fan in bathroom, (mildew), parking distant for check-in. Person up front (possibly valet) threatened ticket if we didn't move away from front. Had to move before unloading. Hotels with lower rates have better rooms and parking options. I was billed more than I quoted. Front desk personnel did correct billing but I have to wait on refund adjustment on credit card.
