A/c didn't work, had to repack and change rooms, staff didn't seem to care. Only 1 of 2 elevators worked and that was used by guests and staff. Charged for WiFi without warning. Breakfast was awful and overpriced. It had no resemblance to the pictures in the hotel.

I would only stay here...

When I booked the stay for the night of the 17th, I asked whether the hotel would be able to provide some tipe of decoration as I was spending my wedding night there, Booking confirmed through a message that the property had agreed on providing this for me for me and when I received the room I was surprised and astounded because they hadn't arranged anything for me.

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with good counter space.
Negatives:
One elevator was broken so it took longer to get up and down. The workout facility was sparse. It could have used a regular exercise bike (non-Pelaton) and music or or the NBA playoffs instead of bad talk-show TV.

They could not find our booking that was done through your site.. staff was very rude and took 30 minutes for her to consider figuring out what was going on.. when she finally did her job it only took a minute.. so she was rude denied us our room and was back and fourth for 30 minutes before she decided to look into it
