Staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Location was near everything we could need. I forgot something and ordered on Amazon. The front desk left a message immediately that it had arrived. We were there for a wedding with 12 of us staying there.
Negatives:
The key cards were annoying. Our party had five rooms and everyone had to get new cards every day. Sometimes a couple of times a day. They need to address this as the staff indicated it wasnt unusual.
Positives:
The location was excellent for our family vacation.
Negatives:
A general rundown feeling and no free breakfast buffet. The breakfast offered was similar to what you got for free at similar hotels.
