Jed at the front desk was extremely helpful The chef was very friendly and checked on us to make sure we liked the food (it was fabulous). The bartender (Marlena?) was the best I have had in years. I overheard another guest at the bar tell her he booked this hotel because his colleague from work told him the bartender was excellent. This seems to be the best run hotel I have stayed at in a long time.

room was nice, staff helpful. Parking not so much. Hard to find a place to park, then got a pass from the front desk to park "anywhere we could find". Free coffee was nice but few natural ingredients. No milk or cream just artificial creamers, not my first choice.
