Hospitality level of the staff was lacking compared to other hotel experiences. We are Hilton Gold members and one staff wasnt going to honor a late checkout but a staff was telling us we would get charged $75

I booked this hottel due to it having a hot tub however the pool and hot tub were out of commission and nothing was mentioned when I checked in.

Bed is clean and comfortable. Room is quiet. Bath water are hot enough quickly.

There is no tooth brush / facial cleanser. Otherwise theres tissues only in toilet, no else in room and dinner table. Probably we should prepare by ourselves.

Management need to put gates so rental cars from guest not stole? Its Ron our vacation and plan !

We have four day stay in this hotel and 3rd day we need to go pikes peak but in the morning our rental car was stolen from their parking lot in front of camera our last two days ruin after checking with staff they mentioned it was happened here in past .
