The front desk staff was very rude. The guy actually rolled his eyes at me. The rooms were not ready for check in at 430! I had a concert I was going to and had nowhere to get ready and ended up being very rushed.

The property was nice, updated, and unique. Great location. Mostly friendly staff.
Negatives:
For the price of the stay the amenities offered at the hotel seemed to be lackluster and mediocre. The restaurant Apple Blossom was alright, the experience could be a bit more elevated. The rooms are small and bare minimum. For the price of the stay I just expected more. I’ve spent a lot of my life in hotels and I just know it could be a bit more elevated.
