Positives:
Property was immaculate, the lobby was bright and welcoming. We stayed twice on this trip—the first leg we arrived in the middle of the day and we were greeted with smiles and a quick process to our room. On our 2nd stay our plane had been delayed by several hours and I had forgotten to call the hotel to let them know we would be very late. When we arrived the very very kind desk clerk said that they had marked us as a “no show” but he was going to quickly remedy the issue and give us our room at the same rate. (He could not have been kinder or more professional)he also asked if we would like a late check out and we happily said yes. I thought for sure a “late” check out would be 1PM at the latest. Nope—we were allowed to check out at 4 PM and when we did they had a shuttle waiting to take us to the airport.
These are THE most comfortable beds I’ve slept in and I have traveled much of the US and some internationally. I told my husband that due to beds and the large shower that this hotel will be my go-to while visiting Denver. It may be a bit of a drive into the city from there, but everything about this place makes it worth it. I can’t thank you all enough. We were stragglers at 4 AM and were treated with such warmth and kindness that I will forever to loyal to the Hyatt brand.

Plenty of parking, close to airport and shopping…groceries…restaurants
Negatives:
Accessing the bathroom through the bedroom. I was traveling with two adult males, one was my son, the other his friend….my dog barked her fool head off when one of them tried to come into the room…they ended up using the toilet for guests near the lobby.

Overall that was a very pleasant experience.
We had an extremely early flight and we managed to check in and out easily.

Great place to stay at...
Positives:
We loved the studio room setup - really functional but also comfortable.
Negatives:
The 'bartender' on staff that night was rude and dismissive. He would disappear for a long while, then come back very nonchalant when most at the bar were obviously without a drink. Never smiled. Very disappointing. Good thing that the others at the front desk were paying attention and tried to make drinks, even when they had no idea what they were doing.

Perfect spot for early moning...
Positives:
The staff were exceptional! We had been in an airport for two days without any real sleep due to the IT meltdown. The staff were empathetic, let us eat breakfast and made a room available early for us to check in. Our experience was truly the calm within the storm.
