Positives:
Very nice facility! Just not very friendly.
Negatives:
If you’re a member you are treated much differently than if you’re just the average person checking in. Our person was curt and down right rude. No info on WiFi, no checkout time. Didn’t tell us about breakfast or the times. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk in the morning he told me it was because we were booking through a third party and not a Hyatt member. I told him that answer was unacceptable. Everyone should be treated the same.

Positives:
Comfortable well organized room with comfy bed. Nice to have a kitchen but the facility is starting to show its age.
Negatives:
Lack of customer service as it took multiple calls to reach the hotel lobby and request a shuttle service from the DEN airport . It took over 45 minutes for the shuttle to show up and the attitude of the driver was not the best.
Had dinner at the hotel lobby bar and the food was average and it appeared the person like many at the hotel had no desire to show any exceptional customer care.
