Negatives: Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was not great.

Negatives: Overall, our stay was great up until the last night. The guest above us couldn't control their kids they were running back and forth, jumping up and down. We called the front desk the gentleman stated he would call their room. I chatted customer service and was told someone would reach out to me, nothing. Waited for silence but it seemed to get worse we called again he said he called already and he woukd give them till 7pm I asked him I'd we could switch rooms as we had to drive home the next day and wanted rest. He said he didn't have any rooms available. We continued to wait for quiet but again I've had enough I went down around 720 and told him who we were and it was after 7pm and these kids were not giving up he then said that tech he was doing us a favor by giving them till 7pm when indeed it's 10pm. We told him what favor we are paying guest and came to this motel to rest and relax and that we wanted a different room he said again he had nothing available. And that he would take care of it. He called Noone, answered, of course. My husband told him that eventually we wanted a refund and we would go stay somewhere else he said he couldn't get us a refund. I told him we ourselves have kids with us, and our kids do not act like that and respect people's sanity. We went up stairs waited still being loud. I'd say 5 min after we got to our room the young man called and said he had a cancellation and we were able to move. Still no response from main customer service.

Negatives: Some people from the front staff were rude. But rest of staff was great.
