Hotel had a large scale no water or very low water pressure problem during the entire stay, so bathroom was most of the time not useable. Hard to understand for a big brand like Hyatt that it lasted for 2 days.

Lovely and comfortable room. Great for a longer stay with the kitchen facilities. Staff at the front desk at check in and at the bar were fantastic.
Negatives:
Oddly, the staff checked me out a day early, saying someone had turned in my key. I had to bring proof of my reservation to the staff. She maintained she was right and gave no apology. Very disruptive to my 2nd day stay.
