Positives:
The location was the best thing about this property
Negatives:
There wasn’t a microwave in the room, you had to pay $65 for parking or walk there, they didn’t tell us we had to pay an extra $50 per night for a damages, the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had or seen at a hotel, the lack of security, and it was super hot in the room no matter what we did to the thermostat.

Loved the location. Pool was great for my kids. The valet staff was super awesome.Breakfast was O.K. We will definitely be planning another trip to Denver at this hotel.
Negatives:
The only complaint we have is the weather. It was raining the two days that we stayed up in Denver, so that brought up some challenges, but the hotel provided umbrellas that we could borrow, which was helpful.

The smell in the hallway was not healthy. It looks like some hotel guests were smoking marijuanas right at the hallway

The view was pretty cool, the combination of the mountains and downtown was aesthetically pleasing. The location to our event was convenient as well.

The room was not very clean, there was only valet parking available which added a 54 dollar expense to the stay, the staff in general forgot the purpose of their jobs…which is to serve there cliental, the shower was cold and the entire area felt unsafe.

Pool not open. Strong Canabis smell all around the hotel...And the entire city. We had to pay 25$ surcharge just to access our room at 13:00 instead of 16:00
