When i checked in the manager was very rude to me.She would say things very direct and made sure i read all there instructson to stay. I was very dissapointed in her rudeness. i wont stay there again if she is there.

1. The only outside doors we could use was the main entrance. 2. The elevator in the lobby was out of order. We had to go to the end of the very long hallway to access an elevator and then double back on 4th floor to access our room. one key only worked

The staff giving me the wrong information pertaining the shuttle. my room was not as clean as it to be. The bed sheets had holes in them.

No staff present for hours at a time. Breakfast was never put out. Ghost town for staff.

Filthy dirty, smelled of sewage thru-out hotel,waste water running down walls of gym, no elevator, 1 urinal mens bathroom. No sinks/faucets in operation mens room. No glass covers in room , no coffee. Charged for parking w/o notice. Kids scared

This hotel was honestly horrible. I almost never do reviews but this was so bad I felt compelled to but Im not allowed enough characters to list all the issues. It was filthy and worn and I would NEVER go back and absolutely regret this reservation.

Location to airport. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not enough towels. The shower was great, but the floor was very slippery. Thank god for grab bars. We wished they would have picked up garbage daily.

The hotel was dirty, rooms messy and the hot water didnt work. When I told the front desk they brushed it off. So much for a much needed shower before speaking at a huge conference.
