We arrived after driving all day expecting a rest. Anything but!! As we tried to get through the front door there was so much activity. Didn’t under for 9pm. We then checked in and went to our executive king room 326. Upon walking down the marijuana smelling hallways with a couple people just standing around, there were 2 queen beds instead. We went down to the front desk and was given a different room. We went to the new room 206. Stronger marijuana smell and opened the door. Drawn curtains, messed up sheets and bottles everywhere. I feared for our lives. Who knew who was in the room?? We slammed the door and ran to the front desk. We asked for a manager and was told “He’s not here till next week!!” I told the night auditor (sorry the name was like ameah) we’re not staying here. She said she wouldn’t charge us but couldn’t print out. She did show me computer screen. We repacked the car and noticed the Taco Truck parked in the corner with an AstroTurf seating area. Is this where Marriott is going?? I hope not.
We rebooked at a Fairfield Inn and totally different and appropriate atmosphere.
Please…. Corporate, you need to see the property!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!
