We were on the 19th floor under the rooftop bar - a little loud, but nothing crazy.
Our room was only cleaned once during our stay. We had to ask the front desk for water everyday. On our last night at 7pm, we asked for water and they said they would send it to our room. After two phone calls down and 2 hours later, I had to go back to the front desk and ask again. At 10pm, there was a knock on our door and someone delivered 4 more bottles. Then, 30 minutes later another knock on our door to deliver something, they were sent away. Pretty unreasonable and definitely not appreciated since we were in bed early to catch our flight the next day.

Positives:
I actually would like to be refunded the difference from a queen deluxe versus a queen. I purchased the room with the intention of myself and my husband being able to stay in one bed and a friend traveling with us and the other and so I purchased the queen deluxe. I find out that the queen deluxe is nothing different than that tiny little bench added to the room, so the friend ended up purchasing her own room because there’s no way the three of us could share that room with there not being any extra space or any bathroom privacy .
Negatives:
I definitely feel like it is false advertisement to advertise the same size room as a queen deluxe versus a queen when the only difference is a tiny bench. And not having any bathroom privacy is something that would deter me from staying here again.

Disappointed in queen vs queen...
Positives:
The property has a good location and the room was clean.
Negatives:
The first room we were put in smelt strongly of cigarettes although the front desk was really attentive and moved us into a new room immediately. We tried to pay for the parking in garage across the street but the QR code given by valet stand did not work so we ended up paying more then was intended and couldn’t move the car once we parked which made it difficult to navigate with a toddler
