Not sure what the policy is but for a 3 night stay there was no room service. A difficult check in. I had 2 room one room was suppose to have 2 beds it did after awhile it was corrected. The reservation did request that one room was to have 2 beds. On Saturday a roll away appeared in my room that was not requested

Beautiful building in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to numerous restaurants.
Negatives:
Only issue was that the shower did not have anything in the shampoo and conditioner dispenser rack.
Positives:
The staff was nice and room was big. The bed was huge and comfy. Having Harry's attached was very nice very meals & drinks. The milk/cookies at night was amazing (wish they refilled it more frequently). The property was a close walk to restaurants and Coors Field, although felt a little unsafe at night.
Negatives:
Parking was a disaster and not explained at all. We has to cart all our luggage very far and in a very foul smelling parking structure next to the hotel (plus pay $60+). You pay the same price for valet.
