Ground floor room...Clearly heard conversations and luggage wheels of travelers on same floor and floor above. All night. Sofa sagging, and weirdly so is floor. Definite dip in area between bed and bath. Bedside lamp missing it's finial.

I like that easy the airport shuttle was in the morning. We had to leave at 4 AM and it was not an issue at all.
Negatives:
The property wasn’t the most clean, but it wasn’t terrible. There were a few stains on the sheets, and I found a giant hairball in the bathroom but honestly it wasn’t bad at all.

The location was amazing. They have stores and walking distance the day it was extremely comfortable.

I pay close to $500 and I could not get any rest at night. The person that was staying over top of me was running thumping, banging Making noise all night long I called downstairs. The guy that was working the night shift. Did nothing about it I believe his name was Kevin or ken he had glasses, so I got no rest for the entire vacation from. they did not put their children in the bed until 1 AM. every time I try to go to sleep the running, and the jumping and the banging will begin again, you couldn’t even take a nap during the day.

The main desk girl was busy when I checked in at 5 pm but she was very helpful and fast . She needs a raise yall don’t pay that poor girl enough . She was only the only worker working two desks for two different hotels. Room was amazing I loved the kitchenette.

The shuttle from DIA was an hour and a half late picking me up. I had to call the hotel to see where he was. I waited from 4 pm until 5:45 pm. For this reason I will not stay at this hotel or any other that uses this shuttle service. To top it off the driver took me to the wrong hotel but fortunately was within walking distance to mine. I feel he knew he wouldn’t get a tip since the service was lousy and really didn’t care.

Very satisfactory.
Positives:
Close to the airport, so I could get a good night sleep after flying into Denver. Friendly staff. The free airport shuttle was great. Fridge, kettle etc. provided in the room, that was useful.
Overall, I was satisfied and would stay again if I needed a room in the area again for a night or so.
Negatives:
Breakfast was fine, but I am not a fan of plastic-forks, plastic-knifes, throw-away plates etc. during breakfast - it's bad for the environment and doesn't feel as nice as reusable, higher quality utensils. (I know many hotels do this, but I wish more hotels would make a change to counteract the plastic production.)
Small things (nothing major): the bed and blanket could have been a bit more comfortable (the blanket more warm), but it was still fine. Finally, it was a bit hard to figure out whether the shuttle would come at the scheduled time, because the website said it would pick up 'on call' only, but I couldn't reach anyone in the hotel via phone (i kept being put on hold). However, the shuttle came even without me reaching someone, so that worked out fine in the end.
