the airport shuttle NEVER arrived. after waiting 1.5 hours at the airport a different shuttle driver took pity on us and dropped us off “close”. I’d even called the hotel. The morning clerk said yeah I heard the shuttle broke last night. this all at 11:00 Denver tine, 2 am our time. totally unacceptable. breakfast was horrible. waffle maker broken. some canned peaches , fruit loops and a few Danish. At 0700. not the end of breakfast time.

The room was not clean, it was also smelly, there was insect, light was flickering, room was so noisy, couldnot get proper rest, No trash can in the bathroom, electricity was gone for brieft time in the night, breakfast was not good. Unappealing lobby and hallway.
