Motel had plumbing issues so they could not get us a room. Due to this they had us go to a different motel - we asked to stay close to our venue (Ball Arena) so we could get to our event on time but we were sent to one far away (over 30 mins) from the venue which we did not know until we started driving. Once we realized we called & requested a different motel staff was very rude & called the wrong one to set us up so when we got to where we thought we were staying they had no room for us. At this point we were told they could not accommodate us & we were being difficult (by asking to stay close to a certain venue which is why we even booked with them to begin with). Long story short we did not even stay in any room & had to drive home after the event we were attending. Staff (Pablo) was very rude. We have made several attempts to try & get a refund since we never stayed in any room but so far Pablo (who claims to be general manager) refuses to give us one, has continued being extremely rude, & will not give us anyone else to contact.

The hotel staff and manager were rude and hung up on me several times. Just before check-in I was notified that the hotel had "plumbing issues" and were shutting down the entire place. They wanted to put me in a Super 8 motel which I refused

Having to go to a different hotel twice, without as little an email or text, to find out both hotels were 4 miles from the city centre meaning spending extra on Ubers when an all day bus & train ticket cost 10.90. Getting to one of the hotels, no coffee making facilities in the room or hotel that night so having to go to a local petrol station. The breakfast was a bowl of cereal, no hot food. I was disgusted with the service and will be asking to be compensated as I will not be using your company again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Staff was extremely rude. Wed booked two nights and they called us on the second day stating you need to vacate the room now. They didnt know we had two nights reserved. No deposit was required the first night and then they wanted a $50 deposit.

We liked most of the room and you have a perfect skyline view on Denver from straight opposite the street.

Breakfast was not really good. And as there many Mexican Groups some breakfast areas were closed for regular guests. Furthermore it was a bit busy there. Also the tidiness of the room could have been better.

Great location for quite a good price but don't expect much comfort.

Location to stadium. Price. No extra fees for parking. Clean beds/sheets. Beds were comfy! And breakfast was good

hallways smelled and ceilings super dusty floor sticky. The AC filter was completely clogged and would turn on and off all night at random but no setting to do so. Signs all in Spanish not even both English and Spanish so that felt unwelcoming
