Location was great proximity to interstate
Negatives:
While showering, noticed water was on the ceiling as the water was spraying up from the backside of the shower head and water was ALL OVER floor, toilet and towels!! Called front desk for someone to clean this mess and bring fresh towels. Apparently there was no one available and we were offered another room. So we packed up all our things only to find the new room was handicap accessible. Mind you we were in a King Suite. Not acceptable, we were moved AGAIN to a standard double Queen room. At least we were in a room with no issues. All of this took place between 9pm and 1am!! Our only compensation was breakfast tickets the next morning. Not enough in my opinion

That the refrigerator in the room didn't work and parking fees were very different than posted. It said 19dollars but I paid 32dollars supposedly change of company. But nothing stating this change.

I thought the property was clean.
Negatives:
I didn’t like how when we arrived at the hotel to check-in, the entire building had no power. And there was no information on when the power would be back on. Therefore, my husband and I came back three hours later and the hotel had power but their “system was down” and they had to manually check us in via a paper form. It was all very frustrating since this trip to Colorado was also our honeymoon but we didn’t mention this to the staff because it wouldn’t have mattered at that point.

Hotel Good but missing the...
Positives:
The Hotel was great...with inside pool, fitness, sauna .. bar ..Game room. For a few days this is definitely ok.
Negatives:
The Transport from Denver airport to Hotel must be fixed, a more detailed on how to reach the Hotel would also be a good option. The Hotel did Not have Transportation from and to the Denver Airport. Need to go by train to be picked up after 5 stops...to be picked up at the train station by the shuttle bus...I mean this can be better. It's only 15 min ride if get picked up at Denver Airport. The train cost 2 dollars( min) per person...and it takes longer just to get at the Hotel.

Positives:
The staff was really accommodating, helpful, and friendly. We had several issues throughout our stay. They addressed all of our concerns in a timely fashion.
Negatives:
The place is falling apart! We had to switch rooms 3 times to find one that we could stomach for our 3 night stay. Every time we were in the room we found another thing broken.
