I loved how nice the check in was. Staff was super sweet; all the way from the front desk personal to the bartenders/servers, to the cleaning lady staff. Loved the Starbucks inside thr hotel too!

They have a snack shop that has all microwave foods available. The frustration is but are no microwaves or coffee pots in the rooms. There's only 1 microwave to use and it's by the workout center. I was tired and hungry.

The location is sketchy, my car was keyed, the heat didnt work properly and the hotel had ongoing construction. My room was super loud because it directly faced the freeway; I payed more to stay in a room on the other.For the price, this was not adequate.

They dont tell you parking costs extra or that they l charge you an extra $50 deposit per night. At checkout I was told I would get my deposit right back and when I called after 2 days of not receiving it, was told it may take TEN TO TWELVE DAYS. What?!?

Was very disappointed for how beautiful the hotel was! It was 17 degrees outside and our heater didnt work! After someone working on it once! I paid $---and had to pay $20 for parking in the parking garage which stayed open the whole time! Will neverbac

The actual construction of the building is subpar. I see many law suits in its future. My room was freezing. Not for lack of heat but for terrible workmanship. My sliding glass doors were so out of wack there was a .5 gap between the two sides. Terrible
