Very good
Positives:
The decor is lovely. The room was nice. Some of the staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great.
Negatives:
Didn’t have a towel provided for each person in the room and staff weren’t helpful in providing additional towels. There was no soap in the bathroom either, when we asked it was later delivered to our room by a rather rude staff member. This really spoilt our overall experience especially after a 20 hour journey to get there.
These were just basics which shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place.
