staff was all friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

We had a leak in our room. They did switch our rooms but didn’t care to much that we had some things ruined because of it. No ice in any of the ice vending. We had to go front desk and ask for someone to get us ice out of the bar area. Double queen room with 4 people and was only giving 3 towels. When called front desk to ask for a towel they said they would bring up but did not.

Blinds were broken, had to call multiple times to have them fixed. The pool was disgusting filled with green algae, dirt, and debris. Spent a considerable amount of money to not be able to use the facilities. Called and asked if the pool had been cleaned on the second day and I was told it was self cleaning…. It clearly was not. Purchased food at the grab and go because we arrived late but didn’t have a microwave in our room to actually heat up the frozen items we purchased at the hotel. Staff was pretty unhelpful most of the time. Our shower leaked a ton so we had to use our shower towels as the floor flooded, unfortunately house keeping never showed up to replace them. The next day we walked around until we found someone with fresh towels and coffee for our machine in the room as there was none when we arrived.
