It is kind of luxury hotel but just lobby, not the rooms
Negatives:
There were lots of extra charge in check-out. They charged us even for not using the property. Also, even for the paid one they charged us again and we noticed that when we came home. We never select Sheraton for stay again. The house keeper did change the sheet over 6 days that we were there. They just clean the room.

Negatives:
The mandatory $25 “destination” fee is a joke. It is just a hidden tax to make the room price appear to be lower on aggregation sites like booking.com. Same with the outrageous $49/day parking fee.

I really do not like this property, will not come back again; it’s good to have a welcome bag, room is nice and clean, good breakfast…
Negatives:
I really don’t like that the rooms and parking lots are not in the same building, and parking areas are dark without any workers there to guide people… ; there is a swimming pool, but no jacuzzi; what’s the point of having swimming pool without a warm jacuzzi for such a large hotel… really not customer friendly…

The room was very comfortable and big with 2 beds. The employees were very kind and able to help, we can leave our big luggage and go to the next city, the hotel have self laundry and a rental car. Very good hotel and localization

Great city and people.
Positives:
The rooftop pool. It was the one and only reason we booked this hotel. Too bad it wasnt disclosed to me that it was closed and Im now fighting to get our stay refunded.
Negatives:
The fact that it was not disclosed to me that the YEAR ROUND POOL was closed when we checked in. We were not even given the option to cancel use another hotel with a pool. They wouldnt even open the game room. My daughters 18th birthday was ruined.
