Great location for a Rapids game. We enjoyed the convenience of of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Negatives:
There was an issue with Booking.com and the hotel exchanging money. We had paid in advance, and the hotel staff said the money was not being released to them. The hotel manager made me sit on hold for 30 minutes with Booking.com only to hand her my phone so she could sort it out with Booking.com. Not awesome customer service. And there was a young man training, and she was very condescending towards him in front of patrons. I wouldn't doubt it if he quit that night. Very unprofessional.

The room was large and nice, the location was close to our destination
Negatives:
Our room was switched right before check in to a different hotel due to an AC unit breaking, the new room was nice but had trash on the counter when we arrived. The parking lot was difficult to maneuver as I have a larger vehicle.
