We loved the pool, room setup, parking was great, close to Target for food that we put in the fridge/freezer, and it was close to places to eat. We didn't realize there was self laundry so next time we will use that too. Their breakfast was perfect and everyday they switched up the hot food. I can't say enough about our stay and we will be back someday!
We loved the bed, it was really comfy and I say this as someone who has a very expensive and nice bed at home.
Negatives:
I wish the social hour was everyday; we were too tired the days they had it available but I love that they have it even during the week.

The central location of the hotel. The well-equipped and comfortable rooms. The friendly and accommodating staff. The happy hour at 5.30 pm. Macy's across the road was a bonus

The plastic cutlery at breakfast. The breakfast being cleared at 9.30 am without a warning to those who were still eating (there were at least 3 tables occupied.) The water pressure in the shower needs some improvement.

Negatives:
No coffee 4 out of 7 days at 7:30AM when leaving the hotel for business. Breakfast trays nearly always empty during breakfast service.
2 days with no towels in the pool area.
Not the hotels fault, but:
Car was "tagged" in parking lot for either robbery or trafficking as I had my wife and 17yr old twin daughters with. (we researched the marking made with a sharpee marker on the car)
Wife took pics of a drone filming in our windows from 50feet outside our 3rd floor windows.

Descent accommodations, Terrible area!!!
Positives:
Convenient to our work. Clean, oversized suite with everything that we needed. Comfortable bed - good TV. Kitchenette, sofa, desk ++. Good security.
Negatives:
Typical for the area, but is high priced. Need more staff at breakfast because on a daily basis many items were unstocked until we notified staff - coffee, milk, silverware etc. they weren’t on top of it with a lot of guests coming and going. Needs better management of the breakfast routine.
