I booked a room through an app and it was quick and easy to use. Everything about this hotel was convenient for us.

The rooms were ok considering the price.

The manager initially said there was no room available for us because we booked through booking.com and not through their websites. So they went for first come first serve meaning they did not have a room for us. Afyer waiting for an hour when we said then please cancel the reservation as we found another hotel. He suddenly found a room free for us.

The person at the front desk cancelled the reservation.
We were not even aware they would not allow cats until we arrived at 11:30 PM
