The location was within 13 minutes walking from the Sheraton and 16th Street Mall ,which is where my Conference was being held. It was also about 5 minutes from the Convention Center.

The size of the bed stated it was a king but it was actually a full sized mattress under a king headboard. The showers are not the same as pictures of a walk in glass shower, but it was actually a dirty tub that was chipped all over. No microwave.

When we were checking in, asked the clerk what theme was in our room, he answered, "we will like it, it will be a nice surprise."
When our 11 years old grandson opened the door, we realized it was a plain regular room and no themes. He started crying in a total disappointment. We were disaponted and frustrated too.
This would have been our special birthday present we promised him. He knew what to expect since he and his parents stayed in your hotel twice before, and both times, they got rooms with special themes. I remember one time was a Barbie theme.
We can not believe how your professional employees can lie to an 11 year old and his grandparents with a smile.
We are deeply disappointed.
