Positives: Breakfast at Teacher’s Lounge
Negatives: As I understand this is a hotel transferred from a school. The rooms on the first floor are basically subterraine rooms, there the windows are very high and it makes you have a feeling your a kind of in a basement.

Positives: The history
Negatives: The loud slamming doors late at night and early in the morning. Our room was 287, close to the elevators. Could not hear elevators.

Positives: I loved the details! Like the wallpaper in the bathrooms and the darkening shades. Thoughtful touches and the shampoos smelled amazing! We had a great server in the restaurant for dinner. The valets were wonderful as well! I loved having the choice to park in a locked garage. That made me feel so at ease during my stay. We were there for graduation, sharing the photo from outside the property below. It was perfect!
Negatives: The only thought for improvement that I had was the dress for staff, the servers had uniforms and were great, same for the valet, but some of the other staff had some very eclectic wardrobe choices. It just didn’t seem to fit with the property. Which was lovely! That’s just my opinion though coming from a hospitality background.

Negatives: Called the property at 6pm to let them know that my flight was delayed and I won’t be able to come to the hotel to check in before work so I would have to do it at 3am. They reassured that it’s ok and they will leave a note about that. When came to hotel at 3am, the night shift employee said that nobody left him a note what time I arrive except “after midnight” so he had to mark it as a no show. He said it happens every week. When tried to talk to a manager in the morning to get a refund, was met with insanely rude attitude and “you were not supposed to call to hotel for that, you had to solve it via Booking.com”… Make it make sense? Booking.com provides hotels number on the day of check in for any and all questions + the person on the phone who reassured us that it will be okay and put down the note never said that it was an issue we should solve through booking.com. TERRIBLY disappointed and disgusted by this hospitality.

Positives: The rooms were clean
Negatives: the homepage for the hotel has the badge that says parking and you have to read the fine print to find out it costs 54$ a night for valet with no other on site options. After a valet driver drove my car it came back smelling like Marijuana so I would personally think twice before booking here and personally wouldn’t return because of this
